HELLO I'M THE ART CRITIC AND I LOOK AT IT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO~!!

First off lets start with vision. Love the background and your character fits in very beautifully with it, however there is just one huge thing that I have to point out. You have too much open space. Make no doubt the fire helps get rid of the open space, however if you were to crop it a bit more to where she isn't centered but the negative space isn't noticeable, then I think it would have turned our phenomenal. Your shading is getting better, and I think this is personally the best you have done in your body proportions and textures. Her scarf looks good but I think that shading should have been put next to the lines to bold it.

Originality, well considering that your character is completely original and I love her, I have to give you that. The only thing is that I have seen the fire bit in so many different peoples art. I would have suggested giving the fire a different color, however being that it matches her outfit so perfectly, this is fine the way it is.

Technique. Your technique i getting better, and I can tell your starting to unlock your paint programs full potential. You also have mastered on how to make your backgrounds look less flat, something that I still fail at doing.

Impact. Defiantly made me want to draw some of my characters. Nice job, I was given a sort of, LETS DO THIS TSUNA bad ass emotion. Which I am assuming is what you are going for.

Flaws, Some were listed above but I think besides that is that the fire looks like the edge of a flame. try mixing some colors in there for a better effect.

I'M THE ART CRITIC AND THAT WAS MY SHOW.
